Education & Experience
Iulianna Bukovskaya earned her Juris Doctor and LL.M. in International Arbitration from the University of Miami School of Law, and holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Ural State Law Academy in Russia. Her final thesis in Russian law school focused on prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, a subject that continues to inform her family law practice today.
Ilianna began her legal career in 2004 as a corporate attorney in Russia, where she spent nearly a decade advising on contracts, litigation, and government compliance. After relocating to the United States, she gained valuable legal experience through positions with the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court of Florida, Bacardi Limited, and Shutts & Bowen LLP.
From March 2022 to September 2024, Ilianna worked as an attorney at Duane Morris LLP, where she was involved in international commercial litigation, U.S. sanctions compliance, and high-stakes trust administration cases. This diverse experience across both domestic and international legal systems allows her to provide comprehensive, strategic counsel to clients navigating complex legal matters in Florida.
In addition to her legal career, Iulianna is a proud mother of three children. She enjoys traveling, discovering new cultures, and spending quality time with her family. Outside of the office, she finds joy in classical music, creative writing, and exploring local events and nature spots throughout Florida. Her warmth, cultural sensitivity, and firsthand parenting experience make her a relatable and trusted advocate for clients navigating some of life’s most personal legal challenges.
